we discuss nature of problem in advance. Return postage/insurance is buyer responsibility.
Items are shipped at least expense to buyer based on weight &/or size (unless by special request). Automatic shipping calculator does not always calculate combined purchases accurately. Our policy is to refund any excess shipping/handling cost when this occurs.
Example: You purchase 6 LED hats, s&h calculates ~ $ 14.50 . However, 6 hats fit in a priority mail package for ~$10.00. You will be refunded the difference ( $4.50).
